Pothole Reporting

To report a new pothole click on the map at the location of the pothole and fill in the form. You can also use the Street Maintenance Hotline number at 928-777-1666 to report potholes and other problems on City streets.

You can Pan around by either dragging the map with your mouse by clicking and dragging, or you can use the directional arrows in the upper left of the map. You can Zoom In or Zoom Out by using the vertical slider bar on the left side of the map, or by clicking the + or - on either end of that bar.

Please enter a valid name and phone number when reporting a pothole. Potholes reported without a valid name and phone number may not get repaired. Your name and phone number are for administrative purposes only (e.g., if we have trouble locating the pothole you've reported) and will never be displayed publicly.
