March 26: The Great Prescott Easter Egg Hunt
Bring the kids down to the Yavapai County Courthouse Square for a fun filled day for everyone in the family to enjoy. Music, inflatables, and meet the Easter Bunny!
April 29 - May 1 - The Whisky Off-Road Bike Challenge
Participants plus spectators, friends, family, music fans and random wanderers will enjoy three days of event activities in Prescott's picturesque downtown area. In addition to the mountain bike 'happenings', event attendees will have 3 awesome days of opportunity to soak up mountain bike culture amongst downtown Prescott's fine establishments!
May 14 - The Whiskey Row Marathon
Come on down to Historic Whiskey Row and cheer on or participate in the 37th Whiskey Row Marathon, presented by the Prescott YMCA. Marathon, half Marathon, 10k and 2-mile Fun run/walk.
May 14 - 15 - Prescott Highland Games
The Prescott Area Celtic Society is proud to be able to host the Prescott Highland Games at Watson Lake Park and welcome all the Celtic Nations to join us in helping to share our heritage with the world. This fun, family oriented event offers activities to the renown Highland Games, Highland Dancing and live music. We invite you to come join us and share this experience.
Parks & Recreation Special Events Application
Per City Code 8-9 the City of Prescott welcomes a wide variety of special events. If you would like to hold a special event within the City of Prescott, please read the Special Events Policies and Procedures Manual then print and fill out the Special Events Criteria Form below. Once your date is approved a special event application will be sent to you with all coordinating forms needed for your event. All Special Events are subject to approval by the Special Events Committee. If you have questions please call Michelle Stacy-Schroeder at (928)777-1552.
