Demerse Avenue from Whetstine Avenue to Montebello Lane

Traffic control will be in effect on Demerse Avenue from Whetstine Avenue to Montebello Lane for the purpose of constructing water system improvements, drainage improvements, street reconstruction, and sidewalk improvements.

To allow for construction of the new storm drainage system, traffic on Demerse Avenue is restricted to one lane north bound from Whetstine to Rosser Street. South bound traffic on Demerse is detoured over to Northside Drive from Rosser Street to Whetstine.

Full closures are expected intermittently to accomplish the construction. Rosser Street at Demerse Avenue is subject to temporary closures to construct the improvements through the intersection.

With the demolition of the old concrete roadway now complete, the roadway has reverted to a dirt roadway to allow for construction of the underground storm drainage system and new roadway improvements. Motorists are strongly urged to use alternate routes such as Willow Creek Road, Northside Drive, and Campbell Avenue.

Airport Zone North and South Loop Project (South Loop Phase) Clubhouse Drive from McCurdy to Yolo Drive

Sellers and Sons are constructing a new 12-inch water main along Club House Drive. Please expect up to 5 minute delays in both directions on Club House Drive and McCurdy Dr. during construction flagging operations.

Monday 10/26/09 to Friday 10/30/09 from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

PAVING SCHEDULED FOR WHITE SPAR ROAD

With water main installation complete along White Spar Road, paving crews will mobilize into the area to pave the roadway from Copper Basin Road to South Granite Street. Please be aware of the following impacts:

Monday, October 26th through Thursday, October 29th from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Paving operations will require the roadway to be restricted to one lane in each direction along White Spar Road. Additionally, driveway access in affected areas may be restricted for up to one hour as the new pavement is placed and allowed to cure.

WATER TIE-INS CONTINUE ALONG EAST AUBREY STREET

Crews will tie residential water lines into water mains along parts of East Aubrey Street to the top of the City of Prescott easement. Please be aware of the following impacts:

Monday, October 26th through Thursday, October 29th from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Lanes may be closed along East Aubrey Street between the easement and the new pump station during work hours. Motorists will experience reduced speeds, detours, and possible flagging operations.

PIONEER PUMP STATION CONSTRUCTION ONGOING

Construction of the new Pioneer Pump Station is ongoing off the roadway. This week crews will continue to build the new pump station.

Monday, October 26th through Thursday, October 29th from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

There will be a full closure of Pioneer Drive to Mistletoe Drive when crews are working. Motorists should remain alert for construction workers and equipment at the intersection of Pioneer Drive and South Hassayampa Drive.
