The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has mandated this security enhancement at airports nationwide, including the Prescott Municipal Airport.

    If you desire to have unescorted access to any portion of the Prescott Municipal Airport within the bounds of the Airport Fence Line, and your job responsibilities include a need for you to drive on the Movement Areas of the Airport you are required to apply for and receive airport issued access identification (contingent upon successful completion of a Federal Security Threat Assessment) and Airfield Driver Certificate. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has mandated this security enhancement at airports nationwide, including the Prescott Municipal Airport.

    In the event your Airport Issued Access Identification becomes lost, stolen or otherwise unaccounted for, this form must be completed and returned to the Airport Administration within 36 hours of such a finding. In addition, within 24 hours of such a finding, Airport Administration MUST be contacted via telephone and/or email 928/777-1114 airport.security@prescott-az.gov

    If you would like to allow an individual to have unescorted access to your aircraft, and its associated storage area, you will need to complete this form, and forward the original to your Authorized Signatory. Original signatures are required; no electronic or facsimile copies will be accepted.
